Terms + Conditions

By booking a service, you agree to PIK-NIK's terms and conditions.

ROCKPORT BEACH:

No glass or pets are allowed in the main areas of Rockport Beach.  There is a $10.00 per car fee if entering the main areas of the beach.  You can however, park and walk down the beach.

CANCELLATION or RESCHEDULING:

A notice must be provided no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event date, and the rescheduled date is subject to availability.  If selecting a different location from the original event location, the distance must remain within a 10-mile radius of Rockport Beach.  There are no cancellation charges for rescheduling your event if rescheduled at least 48 hours before your event date.  An event can be rescheduled for up to 3 months.

PAYMENT:

To secure your date and time, a non-refundable deposit is payable through our website and is required when booking.  The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before your event reservation.  The event setup will not occur without full payment.  *A travel fee for event locations 10 miles or more from the Rockport Beach radius will be applied

REFUND POLICY:

PIK-NIK Rockport, Texas LLC does not offer refunds if an event is canceled by the client for any reason.  A full refund will be applied if an event is canceled by PIK-NIK.  Refunds will not be offered in the event of inclement weather.  We will do our very best to provide advance notice of severe weather and reschedule your event.

LIABILITY:

PIK-NIK Rockport, Texas LLC shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage, injury, illness, death, or loss caused to the client, any third parties, or properties.  All property provided by PIK-NIK shall be used in accordance with their standards and is the responsibility of the client until returned to PIK-NIK.  If any property of PIK-NIK is damaged or destroyed caused by negligence, or willful destruction, the client will be charged for damages.

FOOD CONSUMPTION:

Not all ingredients are listed on our packaged foods or boards.  Please alert your event planner if you have any food allergies.  Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.   Allergens:  Attention clients with food allergies.  Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, or wheat.
